Key Responsibilities:
- Sales reports - work closely with APAC commercial team to ensure the accuracy of Retail / Net sales reports.
- Expense – manage all expenses, ensure the expenses are within budget.
- Budgeting and forecasting – collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to gather information and prepare data to develop budgets and forecasts. Perform analysis to explain variances.
- Business case - feasibility studies and simulation analysis of new shops opening.
- Trackers update – work closely with APAC accounting share service team to update each tracker.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to seek feedback, explore opportunities, create value, develop, and enhance the process etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationships:
- This role reports to the FP&A Manager APAC in Hong Kong.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent, with a major in Accountancy or related disciplines
- More than 3 years of working experience in FMCG or retail industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint
