Our client, a leading IT services company is currently seeking to hire a Deskside Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily T1/T2 deskside support.
- Troubleshooting technical issues hardware and software.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Provide IT project co-ordination.
- Follow-up with other service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of such hardware/software.
- High Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in deskside support.
- Experience in Windows, O365, etc.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Have retail support experience is advantage.
- Proactive and able to work independently with good commination skills.
