Project Administrator

The Career Works Limited

Our client, a leading banking company, is currently seeking to hire a Project Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support.
  • Follow up, chase and consolidate feedback among user and Information Technology Group application teams on various aspects.
  • Maintain project documentation library.
  • Schedule project meetings and take meeting notes, if necessary.
  • Project coordination and assistant.
  • Assist in monitoring project status with Daptiv.
  • Assist in preparing project presentation materials.
  • Handle project and BAU administrative duties.
  • Handle office administrative tasks.
  • Help users to apply for system IDs.
  • Assist to perform SIT.
  • SIT/UAT test cases follow-up.
  • Collect test cases from users.
  • Monitor test cases completeness in Daptiv.
  • UAT defect management.
  • Maintain and monitor defects status in defect management systems.

  1. Knowledge, Skill & Attributes

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as MS Words, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge on developing Excel Macro
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

 

  1. Academic and Professional Qualification

 

  • Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Business Administration

 

  1. Training and Relevant Experiences
  • 1-2 year(s) Project Administrative Experience
