Our client, a leading banking company, is currently seeking to hire a Project Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support.
- Follow up, chase and consolidate feedback among user and Information Technology Group application teams on various aspects.
- Maintain project documentation library.
- Schedule project meetings and take meeting notes, if necessary.
- Project coordination and assistant.
- Assist in monitoring project status with Daptiv.
- Assist in preparing project presentation materials.
- Handle project and BAU administrative duties.
- Handle office administrative tasks.
- Help users to apply for system IDs.
- Assist to perform SIT.
- SIT/UAT test cases follow-up.
- Collect test cases from users.
- Monitor test cases completeness in Daptiv.
- UAT defect management.
- Maintain and monitor defects status in defect management systems.
- Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good PC skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as MS Words, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge on developing Excel Macro
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Academic and Professional Qualification
- Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Business Administration
- Training and Relevant Experiences
