YOUR MISSION
- Plan, organize & support the end to end logistics process of the Global Leadership Programs in Asia Pacific countries
- Manage the e-learning platform, digital courses development/utilization & self-learning promotion
- Administer the Learning Management System
- Responsible for all learning-related projects/assignments
- Handle the Training Sponsorship Program
- Monitor the learning budgets across APAC
- Collaborate with external facilitators/vendors for the provision of the training services
- Take ownership of the delivery of the training programs/projects to ensure the outcome quality achieved
YOUR TALENT
- Degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development
- Previous experience in managing external vendors & leadership program is highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua & Cantonese )
- Passionate in learning/people development
- Great attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze data, trends & technologies
- Strong planning & organization with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at multitasking
