Key Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will own the project progress tracking, reporting, and planning. You manage the project stakeholder and communication. You gather facts include analytical methods to develop solutions scenarios to support project stakeholder to make decisions. You control the project escalation management to achieve the desired goals
- You manage the project with the defined common best practices (e.g., Jira backlog, story pointing etc.) and responsible for project reporting to stakeholders and business counterparts

- Deliver, oversee and ensure quality of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish on time and within budget
- Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses in to map the Cloud technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs
- Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team
- Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to changes in technology, business needs, and industry best practices
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with users, stakeholders, and technical teams
- An approachable, friendly work demeanour – you don’t have to be an extrovert but our company enjoys good rapport and a motivated, but easy-going team spirit

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically preferred and/or 3+ years related work experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification, such as "Salesforce Certified Administrator," is highly desirable
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as "Salesforce Advanced Administrator" or "Salesforce Platform App Builder," can further enhance a candidate's qualifications
- A solid foundation and hands-on experience working with Salesforce is crucial. Candidates should have practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration
- Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business insights and decision-making
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and CRM concepts. Knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex, JavaScript) is a plus but not always required
