Senior Officer to Manager, Business Management (Institutions Department)

Job Responsibilities Assist in analyzing and forecasting business data; help motivating the sales teams in customer marketing and doing sales analysis Formulate the assessment plan of the Institutions Department and follow up the completion of the KPI Coordinate and communicate with other departments Assist the section head to create and execute the development plans of the Department Responsible for cross-departmental product innovation, business linkage and system optimization and other related business management matters Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred Proficient in Excel and other data analysis software Strong command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua Excellent writing skills in Chinese Strong sense of responsibility and initiative Good coordination and communication skills Banking experience, familiar with banking products and business development is preferred
