Job Responsibilities Perform credit assessment and approval function for private banking facilities, wealth management loan products, credit cards, and unsecured loan applications Assist to fine-tune credit guidelines and approval criteria Assist to streamline the workflow and other operation issues and update procedure manuals Communicate with business departments and IT Participate in ad hoc projects Job Requirements University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines Minimum 4-5 years work experience in assessing retail credits Solid knowledge and experience in credit assessment of private banking facilities / wealth management loan products and operation regulatory requirements Knowledge in retail and private banking products such as private banking wealth management products, credit card and personal loans Proficiency in PC software operation, e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills Work independently and self-motivated Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
