Responsibilities: Assist in budget monitoring and contract administration Consolidate and conduct annual survey and evaluate services quality and performance of vendors Prepare invoices and relevant documentation for payment process to ensure the payment settlement on schedule Perform the duties in accordance with the bank policies and procedures Manage procurement process of bank-wide non IT items,including but not limited to printed matters,seasonal commodities,office supply and equipment from sourcing, request for quotations, negotiations and ordering Support other teams on Administration Help Desk enquiries Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors Requirements: Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in general administrative function, preferably in banking industry Ability to work independently, self-initiative and responsibility Familiar with MS Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,including Putonghua Immediate available is highly preferred
