Job Duties: Provide sales services to customers including account openings, AML checking, deposit quotation, signature amendment Assist our relationship managers in cross-selling customer products, if any, to potential customers, preparing KYC risk assessment and handling all related follow up actions Act as coordinator for the Department to liaise with customers and other departments in daily operations Handle daily customer enquiries Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree Holder, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce and Marketing disciplines. At least 2 years' experience in banking / financial institutions with sound experience in customer services Good business sense, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mature and self-driven Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure Conversant in MS Office Applications Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
