Job Responsibilities Driving the whole bond issuance transaction process, including client pitching, deal execution Familiar with financial modelling, international credit rating, presentation preparation on high standard Manage and ensure proper documentation in both English and Chinese Liaise with various internal parties such as Relationship Managers, legal and compliance team, onshore branch offices Job Requirements University graduate in Business/ Finance/ Law, preferably with MBA/ CFA With a minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed income, especially in credit evaluation of client Strong analytical orientation, knowledge of credit, risk and structural issues Strong interest in financial services markets and trends Client services oriented, be able to handle any ad hoc tasks Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua
