Our client, a Chinese financial institution with solid business volume in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an operations officer to join the team. The role will be responsible for trade processing and settlement activities. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for trade processing and clearing activities, nominee services, cash management, etc. Monitoring the day-end processing and generating reports. Update internal teams about the client status and handle inquiries in terms of settlement and account status. Ensure operations procedures comply with corporate guidelines and policies. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of operations experience and be able to apply VBA to facilitate the operations procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of operations experience. Product knowledge in futures, options, ELN, OTC, etc. Familiar with CCASS, DCASS, CMU, CMT, etc. Fluent English and Chinese with good communication skills are required. Self-motivated, desire to learn, and act as a good team player. Willing to cover the night shift and holiday support.
