Your new company A top tier commercial bank is looking for Senior BA/PM candidates to join their corporate banking team. Your new role Conduct a thorough analysis of business and user requirements. Facilitate communication between users and technical developers to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented. Translate requirements into technical specifications Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and perform regression testing. Offer substantial support to business users (e.g. training materials and end user training) throughout the process. Oversee the implementation of IT projects, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues that arise. Manage project budgeting and procurement procedures. Contribute to risk analysis efforts for new product launches. What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor degree or above holder in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5 to 20 years of relevant experience in business analysis in the banking industry - Previous experience in Corporate Banking / Global Custodian Services / Remittance / interbank payment & cross border (SWIFT) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with the SDLC, data flow, and UAT processes. - Possess strong analytical and report-writing skills. - Self-motivated and willing to thrive in a competitive, challenging, and collaborative environment. - Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of Mandarin being advantageous. - Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of BA Manager What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or email it to [email protected] now.
