Responsibilities To initiate customer operational instructions. Support Relationship Managers on client management including daily enquiries, operational transactions and deal execution. Assist on both internal and external Compliance exercises. Assist the Customer and Relationship Managers regarding onboarding procedure on KYC and account opening documentations. Fulfill internal monitoring requirements, including KYC review for accounts, daily / cross-border deposit report etc. To collaborate with different parties to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service to meet client expectations. Ad-hoc project as assigned Qualifications University degree (preferred) with 5 years of experience in handling account opening and providing customer service to clients. Prior experience of working in Commercial Banking will be an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills Team player, self-starter and detail-oriented. Willing to take ownership, challenges and constantly get exposure to new knowledge. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
