Job Summary: IT Corporate Web Services team is responsible for implementation, development and support of multiple corporate wide used systems including our external Websites and Intranet. We partner and collaborate with the systems infrastructure and information security teams to ensure high service level and systems availability are provided to our internal corporate divisions. Job Duties: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate IT professional as a System Development Manager / Project Manager in IT Corporate Web Services team. The incumbent will be responsible for IT project implementation and monitoring day-to-day production support activities of different applications for HKEX. Responsibilities: Responsible for IT project management and system development activities including the business requirement analysis, resources estimation, schedule development, testing and documentation. Lead and manage cross functional teams to achieve projects requirements deadlines and schedules Prepare project status reports and coordination of change requests Collaborate with teams across IT division, business users and external vendors Investigate and manage resolution of system design defects and technical issues by working with related technical teams Perform quality review for software design and code changes Undertake any other assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor Manage and participate in activities across SDLC phases, from requirement analysis, design, system development, testing and deployment to support Manage and support digital and cloud application onboarding to corporate environment Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of IT work experience in project management, application development & support of business application systems Previous implementation experience in cloud-based applications is a definite advantage Good understanding of cyber security risk and technology control Good proficiency of M365 Platform production is an advantage (Specially for SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate...etc) Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
