C ommercial Banking - Wholesale Client Coverage Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Sustainable Finance and Corporate Advisory Manager. The role is responsible for originating and structuring sustainable finance opportunities for potential and existing clients on HASE Hong Kong market in view of the increasing number of deals and volume. The role holder will work with buddy relationship departments, provide advices to our corporate customers and ensure the transactions can be executed smoothly and timely. Principal responsibilities: Originate and structure sustainable finance transactions including syndicated/club and bilateral loans To work with our relationship management team and to drive business development initiatives in sustainable finance transactions for our corporate customers To conduct analysis on our corporate customers, sustainable finance market, and provide advices to our corporate clients Prepare sustainable finance proposals and support in market assessment for internal approvals To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for promotion of sustainable finance products Build up networks for market intelligence and ongoing update/ monitoring of the industry Attend seminars or meetings hosted by external sustainable finance associations, to share industry practice Work closely with external organization in sustainable finance related aspect in order to explore different collaboration for the Bank Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with passion in driving sustainable finance development Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in lending or relationship management or sustainable finance area Proven track record in loans syndication field with high level market contacts, and familiar with the Greater China market landscape Ability to deliver strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua Good interpersonal skills and a team player High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers If you would like to explore other opportunities at Hang Seng Hong Kong, please visit www.hangseng.com/careers/ for details. #LI-HASE
