We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Control Offic e (Credit Control). Principal responsibilities • Support risk and control management as First Line of Defence in CMB • Lead the credit-related controls and monitoring on all CMB RM teams, such as CARM accuracy, fulfillment of approval condition and temp waiver condition, proper generation and usage of CCRA report • Manage fraud risk and transaction processing risk for CMB HK and Macau • Gate keep for the timely completion of all mandatory trainings assigned to CMB staff through active follow-up with all CMB departments • Handle adhoc projects and deliver effective communication in relation to business risk and control for driving new initiatives and achieving staff awareness Requirements Requirements: • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications • Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with good knowledge of corporate lending, compliance and operational risk management • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure • Strong attentiveness to detail, compliance and control orientation • Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills and able to critically evaluate information gather from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts • Proficiency in both English and Chinese Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong. #LI-HASE
