Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Primary Responsibilities Support the implementation of claims management strategies and objectives for the region / branch Maintain current knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes and modifications to approve claims within appropriate authority levels Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve Claims systems and procedures Maintain good client relationships with the insured, agents, service providers and the general public Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards Provide information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends to underwriters/risk assessors to enable appropriate actions to be carried out Ensure recoverable amounts are assessed and effectively followed up and approving significant claims within written authority levels Ensure legitimate claims are paid in accordance with policy conditions by providing technical expertise and leadership May supervise the investigation and settlement of all claims within the team Provide guidance to other Claims colleagues when needed Qualifications : 3+ years of handling financial lines claims Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications LLB is preferred Experienced in handling legal cases Organizational and communication skills Analytical and negotiation skills Communication Skills in English and Chinese How to Apply: To submit your application, click "Apply" and follow the step by step process.
