- Produce monthly management reports and participate in month-end management review process
- Perform analytics for profitability review, and provide explanations for variance against budget
- Act as a business partner with Business Units’ stakeholders to provide functional support for business growing
- Evaluate potential opportunity of new investments and prepare the payback analysis before presenting to the management
- In-charge of CAPEX request preparation and submission to HQ in a timely manner
- Participate in annual budgeting process
- Drive continuous improvement of current management reporting workflow
- Assist in the deployment of new business tools and provide daily support for Finance workstream after deployment
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as per business needs
- Any other duties assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good analytical & conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen
- Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthy;
- Reliable and able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Good inter-personal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
