Job Descriptions: To report to the CEO of HKMCA and provide professional secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient planning and management operations; To manage CEO’s diary, appointments, executives’ meetings and travel itineraries effectively; To liaise with internal parties in preparing management reports, minutes and presentations; To assist in projects coordination and logistics and act as a liaison between both internal and external parties; and To handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements: Tertiary educated with a minimum of 10 years' administrative experience serving senior management in sizeable organisations, preferably gained in insurance and financial industry; Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); Good project management, multitasking and interpersonal skills with the ability to organise efficient daily operations by priorities; Detail-minded and independent with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership; High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality; and Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and both English and Chinese Word Processing.
