We are now currently seeking a talented executive with a demonstrated background in multichannel distribution. Your new role As the Head of Brokerage, you will develop strategies and lead the initiative to further establish the business' core sales channels. You will work closely with the Partnership, Marketing, Product and Executive Teams to execute on growth. With your expertise within core areas such as strategic planning, product management, partnership management and distribution, you will be a key driver to implement strategy plans to maximise channel productivity. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this opportunity you will possess over 10+ years of management experience within the insurance sector and financial services. Technical experience within multi-channel Life Insurance will be necessary. Executive level communications in English and Chinese are required.
