They are currently seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead their IT Technology and Solution projects, utilizing AI technology and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Role Responsibilities You will be reviewing and refining operational procedures and workflows for improvement and providing solutions to users, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning Implementing advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize user experiences, ultimately driving the bank's digital transformation efforts. Actively participate in system revamp projects, collaborating with users and technical teams throughout the process You will initiate and lead new technology implementation projects, identifying innovative technologies, overseeing the implementation process, and ensuring successful outcomes. Proactive approach to adopting new technologies and implementing best practices will contribute to the bank's success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Establishing clear and efficient processes that align with industry best practices and organizational objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines You will need 10+ years working experience in IT, preferably in Banking Operations or Financial Institutions Operations A strong knowledge of AI, vendors, and technology solutions is essential for this role Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau is expected in this role Proficiency in Microsoft products and development tools, including MS Access, VB (Visual Basic), and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), is required Having completed UiPath/UiPath Orchestrator training for RPA development would be advantageous for this role Ability to work independently and analyze situations, prioritize and implement processes effectively.
