Job Summary: Job Duties: Responsibilities: Perform market maker performance monitoring operations in the derivatives market including analysis and setup of Market Maker and Liquidity Provider incentive programs Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Division, Product Development, and IT on market maker monitoring program-related initiatives Liaise with market makers regarding their market maker performance and handle client inquiries Undertake special and ad hoc projects as needed Requirements: University degree or higher in finance, computer science, statistics, or a similar subject 3 years or more of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to derivatives operations Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash and derivatives markets A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Sensitive to numbers with good analytical skill Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese General Excel and VBA Programming skills are required, proficiency in programming and/or Power BI is a plus HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
