Duties: Maintain and update staff leave, attendance and employee records Liaise with internal and external parties for HR operation Assist in HR functions and secretarial support Assist in payroll calculation, MPF and employee compensation Prepare notice, analysis report and general administration duties such as filling, office & warehouse equipment maintenance Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirement: F.5 or DSE graduated or above Over 2 years relevant experience in HR or administration is preferred Proficient in PC Operations including MS Office and MS Outlook Detail-minded, well-organized and responsible Pro-active, positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff Immediate available is preferred
Working hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 ; Sat 09:00 – 13:00 (long/short weekend)
