Duties: Prepare notice, update staff leave, attendance and employee records General administration duties such as filling and equipment maintenance Answer phone calls Handle incoming or outgoing document, fax and email
Requirement: F.5 or DSE graduated or above Minimum 1 year working experience in administration is preferable Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office and MS Outlook Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, well-organized Pro-active and able to communicate with all levels of people Immediate available is preferred
Working hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 ( 4 – 8 hours a day)
