Responsibilities:
- Understand the staffing needs from hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for both front-line and backend role for HK and China team.
- Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct resume screening, conduct interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, skills, and qualifications.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Keep abreast of the market conditions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders
- 3-5 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition.
- Diploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline.
- Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage.
- Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and fast learner
- Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset.
- Fresh graduate and/ or IANG visa holder are welcomed.
