What you will do
The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for BMS systems. You will be part of a growing project / service team of BMS driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities.
How you will do it
- Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Handle project administration
What we look for
Required
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences
Preferred
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
- Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
- Willing to work on site in various locations
