About the Role
As a Presales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in providing presales technical support to the Sales team and presenting tailored demonstrations to clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Presentation on the supported products & solutions. Our team is seeking a promising candidate to join them.
What You’ll Do
Assist Account/Product Managers in providing presales technical support and delivering deep dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners
Deliver training to partners on products solutions
Prepare and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
Conduct client demonstrations and presentations
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets
Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions
Recommend and influence market content
Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge general networking and security technologies including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet environments.
Knowledge of vendor products, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and Sangfor will be an advantage
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns
Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

- 具备相关证书，包括但不限于：VCME、HPE ASE、Pure Storage Certifications
- 具备良好广东话及英语会话能力优先考虑
- 具备英语电邮沟通经验
- 曾于跨国企业工作为佳
- 良好的社交和表达能力，能够简单地表达复杂的技术
- 诊断和解决技术问题的能力，能自我激励及灵活工作
- 能够有效地执行多于一项任务并能够处理大量请求
- 能够了解他人需求，及与各级管理人员互动
