We are currently looking for a high calibre professional to join the Hong Kong office as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the HR team. This role is an individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for both front-line and backend role, also for HK and China team, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and selection.
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking event, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs & requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree holder of business-related discipline.
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition with a successful track record of recruiting top talent
- Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage.
- Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset.
