Our client a leading Toy Manufacturing company is looking to hire Licensing Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with licensors, negotiating licensing agreements that align with company objectives and brand values.
- Coordinate all aspects of the licensing process, including contract review, approval, and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet licensing and branding guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce licensing agreements to protect the company's intellectual property rights.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new licensing opportunities.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to licensing projects.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Handle any licensing-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and changes that may impact licensing agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, candidate who likes or collects dolls is a bonus.
- Proven experience in licensing, brand management, or a related role within the toy industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws and licensing best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
