Position Summary
As the VP, Product Specialist (Staking) at Hex Trust, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development of Hex Trust's custody staking solutions for digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business development, and operations to drive the custodial and staking product roadmap, identify market opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the digital asset custody-staking product strategy
- Serve as a technical resource, domain expert and go-to profile for all staking-related business opportunities, offering expert guidance and support internally and to our clients
- Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure swift deployment and minimising time to delegation
- Affinity for strategic planning and prioritising business decisions
- Monitor and develop internal staking strategies to achieve and exceed P & L product targets
- Ability to analyse the cost and infrastructure requirements required for staking across digital assets
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure digital asset solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to digital asset custody and financial services
Support sales and business development efforts by participating in client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry conferences
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or digital assets industry
- Prior experience in leading the development and launch of staking products
- Experience in working with Foundations and Pre-TGE projects
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product development processes
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly product features
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field
