We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a FP&A Manager to help monitor and supercharge our FP&A function to support WATI’s high growth.
In this role, you will be a crucial part of the company’s growth and will work closely with Head of Finance.
What you’ll do
- Be a business partner to Management and provide insightful financial advice for better and faster decision making
- Dealing with all sorts of financial planning and analysis work, including Budget vs Actual analysis, topline and opex forecast (and re-forecasting), topic deep-dive, efficiency check and follow ups
- Identify tools to automate workflow to enhance efficiency and allow better inter-department collaboration
- Prepare financial and management reports to senior management and investors
- Partner with stakeholders to support financial analysis whenever required

- Degree in accounting, economics or commerce, preferably a CPA/equivalent
- Comfortable working in a hands-on and startup environment where you are responsible for the compilation of a full set of books
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to identify where processes can be strengthened, and successfully drive change and implementation
- Strong business partnering skills to work with the business, understand their needs, and ensure you capture their numbers accurately
- Have a high level of energy, passion and agility to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Have a strong work ethic and accountability for your work and decisions
- Fluency in English and Chinese (plus)
