About the Role
We're looking for a driven and focused Central Reservations Officer to join our Central Reservations team. As a Central Reservations Officer, you will be responsible for handling requests from guests, making sure input of booking information into the system is correct, and maintain and update table inventories on online booking platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle and manage reservations processes through various communication platforms
- Handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of guests’ reservations
- Confirm and process reservations requests
- Ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
- Handle group bookings as well as end to end reservations processes
- Handle requests from corporate clients
- Handle VIP program requests and onboarding
- Support data gathering for insights, market intelligence and monthly reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
- Support outlet reception as and when required
- Possess a Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Travel or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 years relevant hospitality experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
