Our client a multinational jewellery company is looking to hire Senior Operations Executive.
The Senior Operations Executive is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, meeting project deadlines, and driving the overall success of the organization. This position plays a key role in representing High Jewellery and collaborating with IT business partners on diverse digitalization initiatives.
Additionally, the Senior Operations Executive provides essential support for day-to-day office, offers IT assistance to senior executives, and takes charge of staff-related training arrangements.
Responsibilities
Departmental IT Projects:
- Identify and understand the requirements for departmental IT projects.
- Work closely with the IT business partner to ensure timely and satisfactory project delivery according to the agreed plan.
Training
- Lead a small team to manage the training process, workshop content creation
- Ensure the product knowledge is well delivered to the audience
Department Sales
- Manage the development strategies of High Jewellery and High-end business
- Maintain and recruit HNWI clients and analyse performance
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, CRM teams on brand events
- Stay updated with industry trends and react on High Jewellery development strategies
- Grow High Jewellery business in HK , China, Vietnam& Macau markets
Department Production
- Coordinate and monitor the workflow of production, QC, inventory, launching of new products, customer orders, and repair items - will work very closely with Project Management and Product Planning team.
- Communicate and negotiate with factories and overseas suppliers.
- Review the regular month-end reports and assist in product replenishment and inventory control and handle the shipment (collaborate with Product Planning team).
- Master’s Degree holder in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Java or other related applications.
- Experience in Luxury Retail Brand management, including Retail Merchandising, P&L management
- Minimum 3-5 years in sourcing and product development in Jewellery industry
- Experience in the luxury retail industry, with a focus on high-end jewelry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategy and action plans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing client relationships, particularly with VIP clients.
- Experience in managing and developing a team, including coaching and mentoring. Proficiency in managing a budget and optimizing resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years' experience in Operations roles and work experience in retail management is an advantage.
- End to End experience in Jewellery Production
- Lead an experienced team of gemologists and diamonds associates on providing non-biased advice to individual and institutional investors on building and expanding their diamond investment portfolios
