For this position, we are looking for a PMO for one of our clients in the Financial/Banking industry.

Client is embarking on a large scale transformational initaitve of our platform involving multiple teams across APAC, EMEA and AMER. The PMO specialist would be required to assist the team in managing a complex plan and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Prior PMO experience with large IT initiatives is required.

Direct Responsibilities:

•         Create large scale, detailed project plan with dependencies, milestones, and key artifacts

•         Manage work plan, tracking, and milestones

•         Create and maintain management dashboards and summaries

•         Communicate project management status to different stakeholders as required

  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role in delivery of large technology solutions
  • Candidates with background in Financial Services, Banking or Capital Markets are preferred, but not required
  • Good understanding of system development life cycle, project management and system implementation lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team and handle tight deadlines
