  • Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties.
  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner
  • Provide all-round office administration support and prepare monthly reports such as petty cash record and filing, etc.
  • Handle office equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement.
  • Maintain filing and documentation system.
  • Handle ad hoc exercise as assigned by supervisor.
  • Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Having a minimum of two years of relevant working experience in a sizable organization.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • A highly self-motivated and good team player.
