- Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties.
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner
- Provide all-round office administration support and prepare monthly reports such as petty cash record and filing, etc.
- Handle office equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement.
- Maintain filing and documentation system.
- Handle ad hoc exercise as assigned by supervisor.
- Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Having a minimum of two years of relevant working experience in a sizable organization.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
