- Coordinate and manage business travel logistics, including accommodation and itineraries
- Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events for executives
- Provide comprehensive professional, secretarial, and administrative support
- Liaise and coordinate with international government departments on behalf of executives
- Conduct policy reviews and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform errands and handle various ad hoc projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in International Business, International Affairs, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent communication, organizational, and professional writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in liaising and coordinating with international governmental departments
- Experience in policy review and compliance
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
