  • Coordinate and manage business travel logistics, including accommodation and itineraries
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events for executives
  • Provide comprehensive professional, secretarial, and administrative support
  • Liaise and coordinate with international government departments on behalf of executives
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Perform errands and handle various ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in International Business, International Affairs, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent communication, organizational, and professional writing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in liaising and coordinating with international governmental departments
  • Experience in policy review and compliance
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
