We are looking for a Technical Test Analyst based in Hong Kong to assist one of our clients - a Leading Investment Bank. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for test phase/s assigned – ST, SIT, UAT, Failover Test, Capacity Test, and Performance Test
- Follow the defined testing standards and procedures
- Record defects, problems, and issues in accordance with the defined processes
- Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
- Inform QA Lead and QA Team of any issues that may affect the schedule or quality of the product or the testing process.
- Be responsible for test activities including development of test artefacts, execution of tests, reporting issues/defects to the project team, and follow up on issues for the assigned projects
- Solves problems using data-driven techniques and able to look for patterns in data
- Onshore coordination (India QA Team, Business Analyst, Development Team and Production Management Team Etc )
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- UNIX / LINUX Commands. UNIX scripting skills will be highly regarded
- SQL scripting
- Knowledge on Testing tools
