Prenetics is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to join our People and Culture team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing and implementing and executing employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on selection processes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Engagement:
- Design, develop, and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with company values and goals.
- Plan and execute company-wide events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee concerns and enhance overall workplace culture.
- Responsible for office inventory, daily office operations administrative work
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of up-to-date AI tools is a MUST
- With "can-do" attitude is a MUST
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems.
- Creative thinker with a passion for improving employee experiences and company culture.
