Elicon Group is an MNC consultancy and solution service provider specializing in the marine and O&G industry. We have a strong presence in the major cities of Asia Pacific and are now hiring sales managers and executives for our professional services in Malaysia and Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Initiate and drive service agreement and long-term contracts to improve service volume and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to promote our range of services and marine solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify service potential in the marine and O&G industry, evaluate opportunities, and develop mid-term and long-term sales activity plans.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Monitor, analyse and follow-up customer requests and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Sales and Marketing Management, Business or related disciplines, marine industry experience with tertiary education will also be considered
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Software Solution or Marine industry. - Comprehensive knowledge of the products of other maritime software providers is highly advantageous
- Goal-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
