- Collaborate with the group's strategy to lead the team in expanding institutional business clients and increasing revenue in Hong Kong.
- Lead the team in developing and maintaining customer channels and partnerships, serve as a speaker to support the marketing department in planning online and offline activities to enhance business brand awareness, reputation, and ultimately achieve the goal of increasing sales leads.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with existing customers, realize additional and cross-selling by exploring the value of customers.
- Actively participate in the planning and construction of innovative businesses, expand business and team boundaries.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related disciplines.
- SFC type 1 or 4 licensed, 5+ years working experience in Hong Kong capital marketing.
- Experience in securities/investment banks, sufficient reserve of knowledge related to Hong Kong and US stock trading, relevant management experience or expectation of pursuing a management career path.
- Strong initiative, learning ability, excellent communication skills, project coordination ability and teamwork skills, entrepreneurial spirit and awareness are preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, proficiency in Cantonese is preferable as a working language.
