Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Project Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support data analyzing and generate reports: project schedule, resource allocation and any other project management reports to executive;
- Support ITG timesheet data extraction from project management tool for project cost recharge process;
- Assist in report preparation such as KPI, KRI, ITG Monthly Report, ITG Newsletter, training record etc.;
- Conduct and support the Departmental Website administration and update, Bank’s Annual Document Review, Balance Score Card, Bank Culture Reform and other Bankwide activities;
- Provide staff On-off boarding and user access application support to whole ITG;
- Assist to prepare and conduct the presentation materials for trainings and meetings, act as presenter to ITG staff, if required;
- Support the team in document repositories, operation status tracking & monitoring etc.;
- Support in processes and operations optimization tasks as to achieve the efficiency gain and effort saving for ITG;
- Assist in ad hoc requests or reports from management
A) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
- Proficient in PC skills for Microsoft Office (includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Hands-on experience and advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Formula setting, vlookup, Pivot Table, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Familiar of using MS SharePoint to maintain information hub and document repositories;
- Good organization skills, interpersonal & communication, problem solving and presentation skills;
- Strong sense in data, detail-minded, organized, responsible and willing to learn;
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to take up challenge and work under pressure;
- Ability to priorities workload and manage deadlines in a systematic and organized manner;
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently;
- Able to handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
B) Academic and Professional Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer Science, Service Management or a related discipline;
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in IT or Project Management;
- Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
C) Training and Relevant Experiences
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the same position / Banking industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and MS SharePoint are highly preferred.
