Job Duties:
- Manage guests' enquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels in a courteous and efficient manner
- Perform daily administrative works on monitoring guests' feedback across all platforms
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with cross departments for overall smooth operations
- Coordinate and facilitate guests' orders from enquiry through to completion
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Friendly, Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Open-minded, ambitious, and independent thinker
