- Perform daily all-rounded HR Operations, including monthly payroll, MPF, leave management, reporting, HRIS management etc.
- Monitor the staff attendance and leave data in HR system on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
- Maintain attendance record and leave record
- Maintain and ensure all records in the HR system are up-to-date and accurate
- Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc.
- Support on & offboarding logistics, employment related documentations
- Assist on recruitment related matters such as job positing, arranging interviews, interview record maintenance etc.
- Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in all-rounded HR support.
- Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Good team player with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attentive to details and prioritize multiple tasks
