About the Role
The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of FundPark.
What you need to have
- Support the preparation and review of legal documents, such as loan agreements and security instruments, to facilitate the document execution process, as well as the registration and filing process on government website.
- Familiar with e-signature tools and processes, keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and training materials for loan operations team members.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit and compliance teams, to ensure complete and proper documentation.
- Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) of new loan management systems and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Rotate through different loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle for future career progression.
- University graduate in Business Administration/Corporate Governance related disciplines.
- Student or Associate member of HKCGI
- 2 - 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
