What the job does:

We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Hong Kong & Macau market. In your role, you will report directly to our Senior Sales & Education Manager and work cross functionally with different teams.

 

  • To be responsible in driving for all top-line revenue
  • Develop monthly forecast, target and incentive, (both qualitative and quantitative) and relevant action plans to lead the team to achieve.
  • Drive retail sales, service and marketing activities in line with brand strategy implementation.
  • Review and develop improvement plan for store and staff performance and commercial KPIs on monthly basis with Assistant Business Manager/Business Manager
  • Update regularly on achievement of sales target, key business and people challenges, strengths and opportunities for review and discussion.
  • Develop strategy plan with Senior Sales and Education Manager on Key launches, hero and focus products and KPIs.
  • Focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retail partners to ensure long-term success and successful partnerships, and to achieve performance results and profitability.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional departments on retail activities (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising).
  • To plan staffing and retail headcount across all doors.
  • Conduct store team performance assessment and develop talent development and succession plan.
  • Participate and drive staff engagement and learning to develop good team morale.
  • Collaborate with education team to elevate customer service (product knowledge, selling system, artistry skills and make up service).

Some attributes we are looking for:

  • 4-5 years of experience in retail sales management, account management role, preferably in beauty or (and) retail  
  • Results driven, People oriented and analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team Player, inspires the team by leading by example
  • Taking initiative, be agile and proactive in problem solving
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
