Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain management strategies, policies, and best practices to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage Procurement: Lead the procurement process, focusing on sourcing, contracting, and supplier management to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials.
- Oversee inventory control procedures, including stock level management, lead time optimization, and safety stock strategies.
- Logistics Management: Plan and implement logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of products to streamline operations and minimize costs.
- Utilize demand planning to forecast requirements for raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal availability.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international laws, regulations, and standards related to procurement, logistics, and inventory practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions that reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HK and Zhuhai supply chain teams, driving performance through effective leadership and team management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control; experience within manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other supply chain management tools.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations related to procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
