The Role:
As an Account Executive, you will contribute to Burson’s performance by engaging in day to day client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. You are required to actively learn the ropes and support the senior account team members to manage and grow client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for digital campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, and other digital content formats.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects, which include, but not limited to digital programs, online events, and tactical campaigns, including scheduling, reporting and coordination.
- Collaborate with designers and other digital team members to develop creative concepts and visual briefs for digital campaigns and ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across all content assets.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, ensuring accurate and organized records, and provide administrative assistance support.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to inform content creation strategies.
- Develop communication strategy for digital & social media and coordinate with creative team for content and creative development.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, vendors, media partners, and business partners. Work and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal teams, vendors, media partners, and business partners.
- Work with other strategists, creative team, and production to set measurable benchmarks for campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain weekly/monthly digital reports for various clients.
- Become familiar with the client’s business objectives, communication strategies, & internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationship with clients through day-to-day interaction and account servicing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and campaigns and bring strategic & value-adding advise to your clients.
- Degree qualifications with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications organizations.
- Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media copywriting and video scriptwriting.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop original and compelling narratives.
- Experience in project management and coordination, especially social media-driven integrated projects.
- Experience in social media channel management, including but not limited to English copywriting & content development, social media monitoring, visual planning & creative brief development, and social ads.
- Knowledgeable of the global social media landscape with a good understanding of local nuances.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite, while fluency in Chinese would be beneficial.
