- Provide full spectrum of personal and business support to senior executive
- Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management, etc.
- Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organize daily schedules and travel arrangement
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
- Willing to handle multi-tasks and ad hoc assignment is required
- Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
