We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our Hong Kong team as an E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving and amplifying the online presence of our luxury brands. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to elevate our brands' online visibility.
- Overseeing the creation and management of digital content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with external partners, such as digital agencies and technology providers, to support and execute e-commerce initiatives.
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
