About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trade Finance Operation Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our trade finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of trade transactions and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products.
What you need to have
- Checker/Approver Role: Perform a checker and approver function for daily trade operations activities, ensuring accurate system inputs and thorough checks.
- Transaction Verification: Review and validate all trade transactions, including both trade financing and e-commerce transactions, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- E-commerce Familiarity: Leverage knowledge of e-commerce trading flows for both import and export operations, enhancing transaction processing.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the internal sales team, Relationship Managers (RM), and external parties to address matters related to trade transactions.
- System Enhancement Participation: Engage in system enhancement initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency.
- Loan Operations Rotation: Rotate through various loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle, supporting future career progression.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the trade finance operations team.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the team and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade finance operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Familiarity with e-commerce trading processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
